Recruitment-2013 For Asst Manager in NTC ltd
VACANCY
Vacancies are available with NTC Ltd for 12 Assistant Managers. There are posts vacant for nine Management Trainees. Both the posts come with regular job promise.
Twelve posts of Assistant Managers come with 3 posts of technical manager, two posts are for the HR, five positions are open for marketing manager and two posts are for finance manager.
There are 02 positions available for technical management trainees, five for finance management trainees and two posts are meant for engineering management trainees.

Age limit for the candidates:
Candidates applying for the above mentioned post should not cross over the age limit of thirty five years for the post of Assistant Manager and thirty years is the limit for the posts of Management Trainees. In some cases relaxation of age is there for some candidates.
What qualifications are required for the posts?
Those who have done their graduation in Textile Technology, Mechanics or Electricity can go ahead and apply for the technical posts.
Applicants for finance posts should hold a two year certificate etc. in CA/MBA or ICWA.
A post-graduation is must for those who desire HR post. HRs can also be MBA or MSW. Marketing positions certainly require MBA or Post-Graduation qualification.

Nominal fee of Rs.300/ as demand draft needs to be paid as fee towards the application. The demand draft should be made in favour of National Textile Corporation Ltd. The fee can be sent via any bank that is nationalized. SC and ST candidates need not pay anything on the other hand. Disable people too are exempted from this fee.
Selection Process:
Interviews are kept for prospective Assistant Managers. Written test followed by an interview is what is in store for those who are applying for the post of a Management Trainee.

Qualification:
Bachelor/Master’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/ Institution with a minimum of 55% marks in the aggregate in either of the Degrees. If any University awards grades instead of marks, applicants should clearly mention the numerical equivalent of the grades in terms of aggregate marks.
Age Limit : 21 years (completed) as on 1st March, 2013
Probation : One year, extendable up to 2 years.
Guarantee Bond :
Before joining as a Probationer, candidates will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of four years from the date of joining (including probationary period) failing which, he/she or his /her heirs, executors, administrators will be liable to pay liquidated damages of Rs. 100000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the Corporation. The candidate will have to submit Deed of Indemnity for Rs. 100000/- (Rupees one lakh only) at his cost, duly stamped, the stamp value of which will be as applicable to the State in which the deed is executed by the candidate.

Candidates have the option of making the payment of Application Fees/Intimation Charges through the On-Line Mode or the Off-Line Mode as under:
